Elton John Adds Solo Shows To His Plans With Billy Joel
On top of the already planned shows with Billy Joel, Elton John has added three more solo shows to his lineup this spring. Shows include an April 1 show in Rapid City, SD; April 3 in Laramie, WY and April 4 in Colorado Springs, CO.
All proceeds from the April 3rd show will go to the Matthew Shepard Foundation. John who was moved by the 21-year-old’s murder in 1998, Elton wrote the song “American Triangle” with long-time collaborator Bernie Taupin and has long been a supporter of the Shepard family.
