Kenny Chesney Tour Dates Announced For 2009 Sun City Carnival
A couple weeks ago we reported the initial plans for the 2009 Kenny Chesney Tour and now we have the official dates and venues. Chesney will get things rolling on the 45 city tour on April 17 with a two night show in Uncasville, CT at Mohegan Sun Arena. He will play shows into September when he wraps things up on September 19 at Lucus Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.
Chesney will hit numerous big outdoor venues on his stretch including a June 13 show in Chicago, IL at Soldier field and an August 8 show in Tampa, FL at Ford Amphitheater. He will also play several shows in Canada.
The upcoming Sun City Carnival Tour will be in support of the October 2008 release of “Lucky Old Sun.” The album reached #1 on the billboard charts. This was his twelfth studio album. Year after year Kenny Chesney has a huge following of supporters who come out for his shows and is one of the biggest ticket sellers in music.
