Simon and Garfunkel Will Headline the 2010 Jazz Festival

Simon and Garfunkel have recently been added to the list of performers at this years 41st annual New Orleans Jazz Festival.  This is good news for their fans in North America after being disappointed in 2009.  The duo toured for the first time in five years in 2009 but they never made it outside of Australia and New Zealand.

The jazz fest will take place on two consecutive weekend, April 23-25 and April 29-May 2.  The duo is schedule to perform on April 24.

Other bands that will play during this years festival include, Pearl Jam, Aretha Franklin, Van Morrison, Lionel Richie and the Allman Brothers Band.
