U2 Makes Plans for 2010 Tour Dates
U2 finished up its 2009 leg of their 360 degrees tour last night with a show in Vancouver, BC. They have now made plans for a second leg of the tour in 2010. The tour will get started on June 6 in Anaheim, CA at Angel’s Stadium and will run for six weeks until a July 19 show in East Rutherford, NJ at the New Meadowlands.
Some of the other highlighted shows include, a June 12 show in Denver, CO at Invesco Field, June 20 in Seattle, WA at Quest Field and July 6 in Chicago, IL at Soldier Field. More shows could be added in the future.
The Irish rock band will be touring in support of their 2009 album, “No Line on the Horizon.” After they finish up in North America they will head back to Europe where they have shows booked from August through October.
